Welcome to Chorm, a web-based platform, managed by Mantas Lašinis under individual activity certificate no. 936362, that enables businesses and developers to create interactive escape room-style chat experiences through platforms like Facebook Messenger. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our services, website, and associated tools (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Chorm, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

Chorm is intended for users who are at least 13 years old. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Use of the Service

Chorm provides tools for creating, managing, and delivering interactive escape room chat adventures. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not use the Service to engage in any conduct that is harmful, fraudulent, infringing, or otherwise objectionable. You agree not to access or attempt to access the Service through automated or unconventional means not explicitly authorized by Chorm.

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of Chorm, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your device.

Chorm reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it believes that you have violated these Terms.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Chorm offers both free and paid subscription plans. Payments are processed via Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions and authorize recurring billing in accordance with your selected plan.

Subscriptions are billed in advance and are refundable within 14-days, except as required by law. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellation will not retroactively refund subscription fees.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you create using Chorm. By uploading content to the platform, you grant Chorm a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

All platform software, branding, and other intellectual property are owned by Chorm or its licensors. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any part of the Service without express written permission.

6. Privacy

Your use of Chorm is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Service, you consent to our data practices.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Chorm disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

In no event will Chorm or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

Chorm may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if it believes you have violated these Terms or engaged in unlawful behavior.

Chorm reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the website or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
